We manufacture through our own factory in Shandong and sell direct. You get the press shop's cost base and export paperwork, without a trading layer in between.
Shandong Huabao Solar Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. has pressed heads in Huabao Industrial Park, Banquan, Linyi since 2001. The company started in solar water-heater end caps, still supplies that market at volume, and has run an ISO 9001 quality system audited by SGS. Heads for pressure vessels came next: today the shop produces EHA and THA series heads in stainless and carbon steel for cylinder, boiler, pressure-vessel, food and pharmaceutical customers.
A second precision plant — formed heads and metal structural parts, with dedicated deep-draw, spinning, heat-treatment and non-destructive testing shops — is being built in Junan County, Shandong.
The factory has no export department, so this site and everything on it is handled by Stephen Liang, who acts as the export desk: quotations, drawings, inspection paperwork, shipping and after-sales all run through one person, in English, so there is no handover gap between the drawing you send and the press that forms the head.

There is no blanket minimum. For sizes already in tooling a trial batch of a few dozen pieces is workable; for a new profile the mould has to be built first, so the sensible starting point is a sample and then a batch that spreads the tooling cost. Tell us the size and quantity and we will say plainly whether it is worth running.
Yes. Most of our work is to customer drawings. Send the drawing with the enquiry and we will confirm the profile, the material and how we will inspect it before quoting, so there is no argument about acceptance after the batch is made.
Heads and formed parts only. Our customers are the vessel fabricators, boiler makers, cylinder manufacturers and tank producers who weld the head onto their own shell.
Quotes carry a validity period and are based on a stated steel basis. If the validity expires or the steel market moves materially, we re-quote rather than absorb it silently or spring a surcharge on you after the order.
Yes. Your own inspector or a third-party body is welcome at final inspection, and can witness the NDT. Tell us at order stage so the schedule accounts for it.
